For “Weekend” stays, arrival from 3 p.m. on Friday and late departure on Sunday may be possible, depending on the reservation schedule.

Booking conditions:
A 30% deposit is required for all reservations.
The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit.
The balance is due 30 days before the date of stay.

CONTRACT:
Article 1 - Length of stay: The tenant who signs this contract concluded for a fixed period cannot under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises at the end of the stay.
Article 2 - Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective as soon as the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount and a copy of the signed contract before the date indicated on the front. A second copy must be kept by the tenant. Under no circumstances may the rental agreed between the parties to this contract benefit, even partially, a third party, whether a natural or legal person, without the written consent of the owner. Any violation of this last paragraph may result in the immediate termination of the rental contract at the tenant's expense, with the rental proceeds remaining the property of the owner.
Article 3 - No right of withdrawal: For reservations made by mail, telephone or internet, the tenant does not benefit from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, relating in particular to accommodation services provided on a specific date or time.
Article 4 - Cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be notified to the owner by registered letter.
a) Cancellation before arrival: the deposit remains with the owner. The owner may request the balance of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of the accommodation. The deposit also remains with the owner, who will request payment of the balance of the rental.
b) If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner: The owner will pay the tenant all sums paid, as well as compensation at least equal to that which the tenant would have paid if the cancellation had occurred due to the owner on that date.
Article 6 - Arrival: The tenant must arrive on the day and at the time indicated on this contract. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.
Article 7 - Payment of the balance: The balance of the rental must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Article 8 - Security deposit: Upon arrival, the owner will request a security deposit, the amount of which is indicated on the front of this contract. After a joint inventory has been drawn up at the end of the rental period, this deposit will be returned, less the cost of restoring the premises if any damage has been noted.
In the event of early departure (before the time indicated on this contract) preventing the inventory from being drawn up on the day of the tenant's departure, the security deposit will be returned by the owner within a period not exceeding one week.
Article 9 - Use of the premises: The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the purpose of the premises.
Article 10 - Capacity: This contract is established for a maximum capacity of people. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner may refuse to accept additional people. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered to be at the client's initiative.
Article 11 - Acceptance of pets: This contract specifies whether or not the tenant may stay with a pet. If this clause is not respected, the owner may refuse the stay: no refund will be made. At the time of booking, the client must indicate the number of pets that will accompany them. If applicable, the description specifies any additional charges (pet fee, security deposit supplement, cleaning fee supplement, etc.). Specific conditions for pets may be specified by the owner in internal regulations posted in the accommodation.
Article 12 - Insurance: The tenant is responsible for all damage caused by himself. He is required to take out holiday insurance to cover these various risks.
