Booking conditions:


A deposit of 30% is required for all bookings.

The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit 

The balance is due 30 days before the date of your stay.

Payment by bank transfer only.





Rental agreement



Article 1 - Duration of stay : The tenant who signs the present contract concluded for a fixed period may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.

Article 2 - Conclusion of contract : The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount and a copy of the contract signed before the date indicated on the front. A second copy is to be kept by the tenant. Under no circumstances may the rental agreed between the parties to the present contract benefit, even partially, a third party, whether a natural person or a legal entity, without the written agreement of the owner. Any infringement of this last paragraph may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement to the detriment of the lessee, with the proceeds of the rental agreement remaining the property of the owner.

Article 3 - No right of withdrawal: For bookings made by post, telephone or internet, the tenant does not benefit from the right of withdrawal period, in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code relating in particular to the provision of accommodation services supplied on a specific date or at a specific time.

Article 4 - Cancellation by the tenant: All cancellations must be notified to the owner by registered letter.

a) Cancellation before arrival: the deposit is retained by the owner. The owner may ask for the balance of the stay if the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, the present contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of the gîte. The deposit also remains the property of the owner, who will request payment of the balance of the rental.

b) If the stay is shortened, the rental price is retained by the owner. No refund will be made.

Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner: The owner will pay the tenant all sums paid, as well as an indemnity at least equal to that which the tenant would have paid if the cancellation had been made by the owner on that date.

Article 6 - Arrival : The tenant must arrive on the day and at the time specified on the present contract. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must inform the owner.

Article 7 - Payment of the balance : The balance of the rental must be paid 30 days before arrival.

Article 8 - Security deposit: On arrival, a security deposit, the amount of which is indicated on the front of this contract, is requested by the owner. After a joint inventory has been drawn up at the end of the rental period, this deposit will be returned, less the cost of restoring the property to its original state if any damage has been found. In the event of early departure (before the time stated on the present contract) preventing the inventory of fixtures from being drawn up on the day of the tenant's departure, the security deposit will be returned by the owner within a period not exceeding one week.

Article 9 - Use of the premises : The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the purpose of the premises.

Article 10 - Capacity : The present contract is established for a maximum capacity of persons. If the number of tenants exceeds the accommodation capacity, the owner may refuse to accept additional persons. Any modification or breach of contract will be considered to be at the customer's initiative.

Article 11 - Acceptance of pets: The present contract specifies whether or not the tenant may stay with a pet. If this clause is not respected, the owner may refuse the stay: no refund will be made. At the time of booking, the customer must indicate the number of pets that will be accompanying him/her. Where applicable, the description specifies any extra charges to be expected (pet fee, security deposit supplement, cleaning package supplement, etc.). Specific terms and conditions for pets may be specified by the owner in internal regulations posted in the accommodation.

Article 12 - Insurance : The tenant is responsible for all damage caused by him/her. He/she is required to be covered by a holiday-type insurance policy for these various risks
